“AI boosting internal mobility

We're currently testing out (AI) to match talent supply and demand at Schneider Electric with InnerMobility. Gloat has been an awesome partner in this, providing a smooth and easy-to-use experience for our employees. The AI recommended matches are curated and verified and overall, our employees are loving it. They appreciate the transparency and how easy it is to find their next full time role or part-time project through InnerMobility.

Cons

Right now, InnerMobility is only available in English which isn't ideal for us as a global company. However, Gloat is working on adding French, Spanish and Mandarin soon, so that should make it more accessible for everyone.
