The visual mapping capabilities are absolutely fantastic, they let me see the entire picture at a glance and make real-time adjustments on the fly. It's incredibly empowering to have that level of control and flexibility right at my fingertips.

Cons

There is nothing much that I dislike but the price is something that is on the higher side.

You get a great visual overview of pending and completed tasks, even for complicated projects and because the application is pretty simple, we feel no hesitation when collaborating with other users.

We cannot see who made changes and we don't get alerts for updates. Plus files only show names, not picture previews. Also outside partners need their own paid account which tools like Basecamp handle better.

Pros

I love the circle design. Each task is a slice of the pie. The bigger the slice, the more important the task. Since the circle can only fit so much, it reminds me that I cannot do everything at once. If I make one task bigger, others get smaller. This helps me see what really matters right now.

Cons

The system logs me out too frequently. So I'd really like a keep me logged in option in the settings.

We use this platform as our main tool for managing all our goals and projects. My team found it very easy to start with it because it is so user-friendly. Every department in our company has used it for two years especially for tracking our main goals and their results. The best part is how it lets us track the status and documents of many complex projects while still giving us a clear, detailed view of everything.

This tool lets us manage information visually through structural diagrams. Also you can track importance, progress, ownership and deadlines while adding notes and files. Data can be viewed as a landscape diagram, a goal list or a table. Color-coding elements creates visual tags for filtering and it supports exporting to multiple formats like PDF, Excel and project management files while importing from various sources.

Cons

No complaints at all as getting started is very easy. The layout is not confusing and the visual style is great. Also I love that I can either create projects from scratch or import data to work with. As a frequent user, I really like the import/export feature as it saves me from having to rebuild my presentations from nothing.
