“simple tool with great value
Pros
I find it simple to use and the value I get for what it offers is really impressive. When I have a question, the in-app chat is simple to use and the replies come back extremely fast.
Cons
I'd like an option that automatically rejects applicants who don't meet absolute criteria, like a residency requirement. It might already include that feature but I have not been able to figure it out yet.

Pros
I have been using this product for many years and I find it easy to operate and manage when we're out working on hiring tasks in the field.
Cons
Like any software, there are a couple of aspects I'd adjust or improve yet on the whole this tool meets our needs and performs effectively for what we require.

“Takes the chaos out of hiring
Pros
it has removed the chaos from hiring online, I have all the features I need to handle the whole, complicated recruiting process from a single, centralized place.
Cons
I'm quite particular about software that must work reliably and so far I haven't run into any problems with GoHire, it meets my expectations for doing what it's meant to do.

“smooth to use but hard to get help
Pros
This app is very simple to use which makes it great for recruitment and posting jobs.
Cons
It's frustrating that I can't speak with live customer support when I need help or face an issue.

“easy to track applicants
Pros
I find it very easy to keep track of applicants, I get notified when new candidates apply and I can share notes easily with my colleagues.
Cons
On the downside, it doesn't integrate smoothly with Indeed and we've had minimal support from customer service to resolve the problem.

“Posts to many job boards
Pros
Its similar to ZipRecruiter, except I can submit applications across several job boards rather than being limited to a single site.
Cons
I wish it would connect with even more job sites, despite already supporting a good number of them.

Pros
When I am hiring contractors, I find the system performs well for viewing large numbers of applications.
Cons
I appreciate that most features in Gohire function properly, yet I found that many steps remained manual and the platform didn't offer as many automation options as I expected.

Pros
the interface was very simple to use when managing candidates, setting up interviews and working alongside my team.
Cons
cost is somewhat high for small companies or anyone who only hires occasionally and has limited recruiting needs.
