“Simpler than we ever expected
Pros
I appreciate how GoHire's interface is easy to use making it simple for me to use and handle recruitment duties without confusion. The design is clean and uncomplicated which helps our team post openings, monitor applicants and assess submissions efficiently. Their support staff respond quickly and are genuinely helpful whenever I reach out. The team pays attention to user feedback and keeps adding useful, practical tools to the platform regularly for users.
Cons
I've noted several areas where they could make improvements and I've informed their development team to address them in future upgrades.

“Great visibility for my listing
Pros
What I really like how prominently my job post was featured.. the visibility was immediate and strong. Because of that exposure I received a large number of quality applications very soon after publishing the advert which sped up our hiring process significantly. It made attracting talent feel active and effective not passive.
Cons
What frustrated me was that several candidates who had confirmed simply didn't show up for interviews and didn't even bother to tell me but that's not the software's fault tbh.

“easy to use when it works
Pros
It is incredibly simple to use from the moment you log in. That simplicity really makes it easy for me to organize all my jobs, track progress and keep a clear view of every candidate without any confusion or extra steps. It brings order to the hiring process effortlessly.
Cons
Unfortunately the website often takes a long time to load so I experience delays whenever I try to access content. From time to time it becomes unresponsive and even crashes which interrupts what I'm doing and leaves me frustrated particularly when I need to move quickly between different pages.

Pros
I find it very easy to use and hassle-free from day one. The price is extremely competitive offering great value without compromise. And the ATS itself is both simple and very customizable letting me tailor workflows, fields and stages to fit exactly how we hire. It�s a powerful combination of accessibility, affordability and adaptability.
Cons
I'd like to see the total number of jobs shown on the list. That would make it a lot easier for me to get an overview of openings.

I'm really pleased that it lets me post to multiple job boards and comes with a clean, attractive, user-friendly interface.
Cons
It would be great if I could see at a quick glance certain details on the candidate lists like whether they were referred by someone for example.

“smooth start but limited reach
Pros
What stood out to me is how easy it is. I was up and running in no time and it just so smooth to use.
Cons
it lacks some power-user capabilities I'd like to see so a few advanced functions I need aren't available right now. Also their support team operates only out of EMEA rather than NAM or LATAM which makes it hard to get overlapping hours for help when I'm in my region.

I find it simple to create new listings and to reach out to candidates. The site's layout is very user-friendly and it works really well!
Cons
My main complaint is that at times I've noticed minor glitches where the system doesn't refresh quickly enough which can be frustrating.

Cons
Personally I can't sort job listings to show the newest ones first by default which is frustrating.

I am a big fan of this platform for two main reasons. First, the auto-poster is a huge time-saver and runs flawlessly. Second, the dashboard works incredibly well.

It is relatively simple to use and it offers solid access to job boards.
Cons
Unfortunately the customer support has been unhelpful , they failed to remove jobs when I asked and after I emailed about a discount they told me the discount had been removed or that an error occurred.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The product failed to deliver on its core advertised features, such as [Feature A] and [Feature B] which were the main reasons for my purchase.
Cons
Honestly the entire product should be pulled offline and rebuilt from the ground up!

Pros
What I like is how simple posting jobs and handling candidates has become , it really lifts a massive burden off our already overflowing plates. Being able to automate workflows is fantastic and I find the automation feature both highly useful and very effective.
Cons
I can't include application forms directly in our job ads which is frustrating but I know this limitation isn't caused by GoHire , it's something imposed by the external job boards.

“Brings hiring all in one place
Pros
Its very easy to set up and oversee. I can also upload my talent pool and centralize all our hiring in GoHire instead of relying on spreadsheets and handling everything manually. Another feature I enjoy is the email management tool because it lets me run the whole recruiting workflow on one site , from posting job listings and reaching out to prospects to reviewing CVs.
Cons
Although I ran into some trouble posting jobs to Indeed, the support team were fantastic and guided me through fixing it. I'd also appreciate an option to build a more detailed onboarding sequence inside the platform to use once a new hire has joined.

Pros
I don't have many positive things to say about it. That said I find the ATS interface visually interactive and friendly.
Cons
the system isslow and riddled with bugs which has been really frustrating. I noticed the email feature in particular harmed how applicants perceive our company and it's frustratingly inefficient for sending messages or tracking conversations. On top of that, the internal search rarely works reliably.
