Pros
One of the biggest wins for us is how intuitive the platform is to navigate. But what really puts it over the top is the support is that their team is actually available to help, even after hours, which has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. And the level of customization? It's wild. We've been able to tweak and tailor practically everything to fit our exact workflow, which is pretty rare
Cons
There is always room for improvement but for the time being, it does everything I need and my clients are happy with it too.

The layout is really simple and we found it just as easy to get it to work with all of our other existing software programs.
Cons
I would love it if it could also handle our Cost Centers and had live counters for generating staff statistics.

GoPlanner TIME best parts are how user-friendly it is and how simple they make it to get in touch with someone for help after we have made our purchase.
Cons
Well I have found it a bit tricky to access the service remotely or through the mobile app though maybe it's just me.
