“Great for managing employee evaluations
Pros
The setup process was incredibly simple and I was up and running in no time. Their pre built employee evaluation templates are great and saved us a ton of work. We had a really tight deadline but using those existing templates let us get the Feedback and Evaluation features launched super quickly. Plus the customization options worked really well for our specific needs.
Cons
The reporting dashboards need work and I'd really like to see integrations with tools like Zapier and Slack. Other than that its pretty comprehensive and has worked well for our team.

Pros
Evaluation process really opened my eyes to things about myself I hadn't noticed before. Getting detailed reports that break down both my strengths and areas where I could grow has been incredibly valuable for my personal development.
