The workflow management capabilities are great especially with the Microsoft Teams integration and SSO setup that makes everything smooth.
Cons
I don't have any major complaints but there documentation could be clearer when your trying to set up integrations, thats really my only minor gripe

“accessible and easy platform”
Pros
I find this platform really accessible and easy and anyone can pick it up without much training! The interface is clean and doesn't strain your eyes during long sessions. What I appreciate most is how I can send reviews to colleagues whenever needed from anywhere. The concepts behind this software are genuinely innovative and have become essential for today's management approach. It's actually boosted employee satisfaction in our organization.
Cons
The interface feels a bit outdated and could use some modernizing. It takes too long to figure out the website when I'm trying to input appraisal information and so there's definetly room for streamlining the whole process to make data entry faster and more flexible.
