Its simple to get the hang of and doesn't require much training to get started. Setting it up is not an issue. We had it up and running faster than expected. There's an impressive range of features available that cover most of what we need for daily operations.

Cons

Being relatively new means there's still room for growth, and coordinating across different time zones can be tricky sometimes.
