Pros
The user friendly interface and all around feature set of Hafinen's platform have really simplified our core HR and recruitment processes. It brings everything we need into one place from recruiting and staff management to payroll, performance tracking and detailed reporting. They also offer some cool integrations that have made teamwork so much easier.
Cons
The initial setup and onboarding process can be a bit overwhelming especially for smaller teams that don't have a dedicated HR department. Plus, there's a lot of features to use, so it can take some time for new users to get the hang of everything.
