Pros
I like how comprehensive this tool is for managing organizational training. The personalization options are great and the support team is always there when you need them. Plus the themed events and webinars they offer are a nice touch.
Cons
The admin features aren't very flexible and could use some work. I'm hoping they'll improve the reporting module soon since it feels pretty basic right now.

“Easy and user friendly interface
Pros
My go to feature is definitely the registration process for training sessions because it is so simple! The automated post tests and surveys are a huge time saver and the new newsletters have been amazing. The banners and titles on the main page look great, plus having access to user training history is really helpful for tracking progress.
Cons
The reporting system confuses me - couldn't figure out how it works or find anything useful for my needs
