“Best tool I've used for recruitment automation

Pros

We've seen a big jump in job applications really quickly. All applicant info is now stored in the system, so we don't have to enter anything by hand anymore. We can manage and communicate with applicants easily from within the system. Writing and posting job ads takes way less time now and the multiposting feature works great.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind, maybe just a few more templates would be nice.

Pros

I find this tool really helpful because it matches candidates' skills with what the job actually needs.

Cons

If I want our clients to see my comments about a candidate, I have to post them under the job listing which feels limiting.
