Pros
HealthBoxHR integrated biometric time and attendance system gives us real-time visibility of who is on-site, helping us streamline staff planning across the organization. The managed payroll service has been excellent too ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing that meets UK regulations. One of the standout features is the platform's AI capability which allows quick access to and interpretation of workforce data through a clean, user-friendly interface. The mobile app, designed specifically for our team members who do not have daily access to PCs has been a game changer. It lets them book holidays and view payslips from home making HR services more accessible and inclusive for everyone.
Cons
There is no follow-up on the feedback requests we submit through the platform so we cannot track what happens with the ideas we suggest. While changes are made occasionally it would be helpful to have more transparency about the development roadmap HBHR is following.

“User-friendly but customization took time
Pros
The best thing about HealthBoxHR is how simple it is to use. The layout is also user friendly and key HR functions are easy to access and manage. The support team is also great as they usually respond to any questions of ours promptly which really makes a difference.
Cons
Although the overall experience has been positive we did face some initial challenges when trying to customize certain features to align with our specific processes. It took some time to fully tailor everything but the support team was very helpful in resolving issues as they arose.

“powerful reporting, excellent customer service
Pros
A major highlight has been the powerful reporting capabilities. Having data at our fingertips has greatly improved our ability to analyze trends and make informed decisions. Also the platform provides clear, comprehensive insights that are easy to access and understand. The support from the HealthBoxHR team has been excellent too. They are extremely responsive, addressing questions quickly and offering helpful advice whenever necessary. This level of customer service made the implementation process much smoother.
Cons
Nothing negative to report. We implemented it in September 2024 and have been really pleased with the results. The system has been well received by our staff, thanks to its user-friendly design. Plus the simple interface made it easy for our team to get started quickly with very little training needed.

Pros
It is easy to use with HR, payroll and timekeeping all in one place. The training and ongoing support have been excellent too as they help us whenever in need.
Cons

The system is highly adaptable as most features can be customized which is perfect for when we need something unique. Our Client Success Manager is also very supportive, helpful and clearly knows the product inside and out.

“perfect for construction SMEs
Pros
We were looking for an HR & Payroll platform that suited our needs as an SME in the construction industry. After experiencing other HR systems, HBHR feels like a breath of fresh air. The system delivers exactly what it promises and the package is all-inclusive with no hidden add-ons. You choose which modules to use, not the price.
Cons
Although it�s still evolving, the only thing I feel is missing is the ability for businesses to customize the dashboard with their own branding, like Access XD. However I understand that HBHR and Access XD are quite different platforms and I know I would never go back to Access XD while it is available. So this is just a suggestion for potential future updates to an already fantastic product.

“Helpful but restrictions exist
Pros
Having all our employee information in one place is extremely helpful. The homepage provides all the key information on one page and I like the team as they are always ready to assist.
Cons
There are some restrictions with working time patterns for instance, we cannot use TOIL or overtime properly if working time patterns are set to days. So it would be great to have pre-set templates and forms available for this.
