While using this software, I like its simplicity and usefulness. I can complete tasks quickly and focus on strategic HR projects because it automates many routine tasks.

Although I enjoy many of the features, I've noticed occasional slow loading and some challenges with reporting and analytics especially when creating custom reports.

Pros

I have found it very helpful for manpower management and collating all the data although there are some minor limitations after extended use.

Cons

From my experience the support team can be frustratingly slow to respond to queries.
