The sync function works really well and the reporting features are quite effective. Online communication flows smoothly and keeps everything connected. The timekeeping interface is exactly what we needed for our workflow.
Cons
The calendar is missing some holidays specifically certain holidays from different countries. However you can view the yearly calendar and manually add them yourself.
