“support team values clients
Pros
The team really values our partnership and stays responsive to what we need. Their dashboards and reports adapt as our requirements change. The insights have definitely improved how we make data-driven decisions. We can now see areas of our business that were completely invisible before. Getting current data is super quick, just takes a few clicks.
Cons
The dashboard legends and views get cut off sometimes because of the sizing constraints, which can be frustrating when you're trying to see all the data clearly.

“Amazing out of box reports
Pros
The out-of-the-box reports are amazing and their team is always ready to brainstorm custom dashboards that fit exactly what we need. Support is awesome and they handle simple requests in hours, and even complex dashboard builds usually take just a few weeks depending on complexity. This has been a game-changer for our reporting process. What used to take us hours every month and quarter to prepare manually is now automated and ready to go. I just validate the data accuracy and can focus my time on developing talking points instead of pulling reports.
Cons
Interface feels pretty outdated compared to other tools I've used. What really bugs me is that the dashboards are stuck to your screen size. You can't scroll to see more content. This makes it tough to fit enough charts and data on one page while keeping everything readable. I wish I could just scroll down to view more graphs instead of constantly switching between different tabs to get the full picture.

Cons

They're always ready to jump on a call when I need help! There are tons of configuration options for both Workbooks and Dashboards which makes it easy to display our staff metrics and other varying data points.
Cons
I'd love to handle some of the smaller tweaks myself, like changing colors or updating titles. This would cut down on the back-and-forth with support and let them focus on bigger issues.
