“Hirestream is a very good product
Pros
It is good, focused on hiring. Also it is the best software to post jobs and monitor hired, declined and new candidates.
Cons
I have not used a purchased product yet but it has been better than the alternative solutions for Hiring Technical resources for Software house. So no complaints to mention!

“User friendly and effective for recruitment
Pros
With Hirestream it is easy to locate candidate profiles, furthermore the search engine is pretty good. Really a good user experience that navigates to add JDs and candidates in an easy way.
Cons
I think the user interface should be better. Also not integrated with Microsoft outlook.
