Pros
The ability to have all recruitment and selection process information in one place is incredibly valuable as it allows me to track metrics easily.
Cons
I wish I could get a notification when a candidate confirms their interview after I invite them through the calendar.

For HR consultants this is great because you can send all the candidate's information, including a video interview with just one link.
Cons
Every time we requested customization, it was not possible. It always ended up on the backlog in the development team.

“Simple recruiting but messy multi-application leads
Pros
Once you get the hang of it, publishing job postings, recruiting and selecting candidates becomes very simple. Also the instant help feature is a huge bonus and the ability to connect with other recruitment platforms increases the number of applicants per job posting.
Cons
When candidates apply to multiple job postings, they end up in the Leads section which makes reviewing candidates a bit harder for us.

“Good product but could improve innovation
Pros
It doesn't require any complex setup. The customer support team is pretty fast in responding, provides accurate information and resolves issues promptly. They even follow up if you have not replied. So I would say it surpasses any other customer support service I have used.
Cons
The account managers don't seem to show the same level of interest or concern for our needs as the Customer Support team does. The AI feature that highlights profiles matching job positions does not work well too as it marks almost every candidate and rarely matches the right profile.

“Convenient job posting but has unreliable filters
Pros
With it, it is pretty convenient to post job listings, manage applications and connect profiles directly from LinkedIn.
Cons
Well the filters don't always work properly. Also there is too much information and often it's incomplete which slows down the platforms efficiency, especially when filtering out candidates for specific reasons.
