Pros
What I like most is how simple it is to use. Plus the company hierarchy view really helped me get oriented during onboarding and it made learning the different processes and options very clear and easy.
Cons
Honestly I have never had an issue with it or felt the need to change anything. It's handled everything I've needed without me having to ask for adjustments.

Pros
Homerun platform is pretty easy to navigate and use. Also it offers outstanding value for money and the customer support is truly top-notch.
Cons
My only real complaint is the platform's name, Homerun as it doesn't sit right with me and honestly I think it feels a bit off and mismatched for what this service offers.

“Quick support goes above and beyond”
Pros
I get the best support whenever I need it. Also their replies are quick and they consistently do their utmost to assist me in the best way possible.
Cons
We like that they were flexible enough to give us a shorter-term agreement but we are frustrated that it now only offers annual contracts. As a company, we do not like that policy though we still appreciate that they made an exception for us.
