Pros
One thing this software does really well is focus on employee engagement and integration. It's a great product that can scale as the business grows and the range of HR tools is impressive. It covers the full onboarding process which makes it a strong option for teams that want everything in one place.
Cons
Downside is the cost. For small businesses, it can feel expensive especially when the implementation costs add up. There's also a lack of transparency in some areas which can make the overall investment harder to evaluate.

Cons
Really don't have any major complaints about it. The only thing I'd add is more functionality around compensation and benefits.
