“easy application tracking and document storage

Pros

Application tracking is better and I find it easy to check the status of applications. Timesheets by location can be viewed easily and employee document storage and checking is simple for me.

Cons

Incidents aren't logged or tracked as easily as in other systems and I think the notifications for certain features should be more customizable based on requirements.

Coordinating with clients and candidates helps me understand the different kinds of people in society and fulfill the requirements efficiently.

Cons

Some of my clients and candidates are unresponsive which makes the process frustrating at times.
