“Payroll workflow done right

Pros

From day-to-day use HR Forte feels simple to navigate and the payroll process is organized in a way that makes monthly runs much more manageable. It gives clear visibility into important details like salary components, tax information and statutory contributions which makes reviewing data a lot easier. The automation tools also cut down on manual mistakes and save a noticeable amount of processing time.

Cons

A few parts of the system could be simplified further to make things more convenient for users. The overall responsiveness could also use some improvement although it doesn't create any major issues.

Pros

Getting started was very simple and the system feels very user friendly to use day to day. It also includes all the features needed to run payroll in an efficient and effective way.

Cons

My only minor issue is the orange color since it reminds me of Shopee but aside from that, I really like everything about HR Forte.

Pros

Whenever we run into an issue or aren't sure how to use a feature, the support team is very helpful and responsive. The interface also looks good, makes functions easy to locate and the login process is fast.

Cons

At times, there are limits to what the software can handle when preparing payroll reports. For example, the exported reports sometimes don't look very presentable and may not include enough information.

Pros

Using this software has made handling our HR work much more efficient. The platform is simple, quick and convenient for both the HR team and employees. On top of that the customer care team responds fast and is genuinely helpful. I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

A few features could use more customization to better match different requirements but it hasn't taken away from the overall positive experience with the system.

Whenever an issue comes up the technical support team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful. They add real value by talking through the problems, suggesting practical solutions and following through with the needed changes.

It would be better if the system let users create reports using selected information types and existing data, build those reports directly inside the platform and save them as templates for future use.

“Fast support and quick payroll

Pros

the admin team responds very quickly and is helpful whenever bugs come up or I run into trouble using the system. Signing in is simple, switching between multiple clients is convenient and payroll calculations are completed fast.

Cons

The payslip format planned for January 2026 is harder for employees to read because it does not look very clear. On top of that, there is no option to choose which elements should be hidden based on our needs.
