Pros
Great user experience from an administrative perspective. The system makes it easy to keep track of things like holiday, absence and expenses.. and notifies me of any requests so that these can be reviewed promptly. We have been able to completely personalise our planners from both the business and employee side, meaning we see just the information we need.
