Pros
The features available are really impressive and we've gotten amazing feedback from our team over the past year. Customer support has been phenomenal especially Frank who's been absolutely incredible to work with! They respond quickly and handle any questions we have very efficiently. I'd definitely recommend this to others.

Limited customization options and the initial difficulty can be a bit much for new users.
