“essential personnel metrics at a glance

Pros

I really appreciate the direct API integration with Personio. The rights concept is straightforward but works perfectly. Feels userfriendly and I can get around without any difficulty. The dashboard gives me exactly what I'm looking for, employee counts, cost overviews and other essential personnel metrics at a glance. Being able to build and compare different scenarios has been incredibly useful for planning. What really stands out is how responsive the team is and they actually listen to feature requests and suggestions for improvements.

Cons

The payroll information isn't integrated yet which is something I really need. Right now it only connects with Personio through their API, though you can still upload data from other HR tools using CSV files, just takes more manual work.
