“clean payroll made a big difference!
Pros
We switched from Excel to this and it has made a huge difference for us. I use the ATS and payroll features a lot and both have been tailored really well to fit our needs. The interface is clean and uncluttered so getting around the system feels very simple. It's also more affordable than a lot of other products I looked at. Keeping employee records in the database has been a game-changer compared to the mess of managing everything in spreadsheets before. Payroll calculations are much simpler now too and we've reduced data entry mistakes while saving roughly two days of repetitive work every cycle.
Cons
Definitely noticed the absence of a mobile app specially when staff are working events offsite. Right now, they send us their schedules and we enter them manually that is manageable butit would be much better if they could clock in directly with location tracking. There are also occasional glitches from time to time, although that may be related to our internet connection since it hasn't created any major problems for me personally.
