Pros

It works well for medium sized businesses and I find it easy to track applications and make better selection decisions. Customer support is quite good as well.

Sorting occasionally seems incorrect and doesn't work properly though otherwise everything functions well for me.

I like that all employee information and forms can be found in one place. I can edit or delete information easily, which makes managing employee data much simpler for me.

I would like the ability to enter a date manually instead of having to select it from the calendar.
