Pros
The user interface is simple but gets the job done. Onboarding and relieving employees is much easier with HRSprout. The Employee Directory makes it very easy to access all employee documents which is especially handy for part-timers. The response time of this tool is impressively fast and it handles multiple requests at once without any issues. Personally, I love how it tracks employee attendance with Face Recognition and integrates with the Clockly app for remote workers.
Cons
The only issue I have is that when a team member applies for leave but hasn't notified us, we should get an email alert instead of having to check on it every time.
