Pros

What I really liked was how simple the software was to use.

Cons

A few of the steps still feel a bit unmanageable and there are some features that really need to be added.

It is really user-friendly and has all the key features you would need. Plus the best thing is that we can tweak and add stuff if there is something specific missing for us.

Early on we ran into a few glitches but the support team was always able to fix them pretty easily.

Pros

HRTools is user friendly, customizable and gets the job done efficiently. Its biggest strengths are how it can be tailored to our department's specific needs and how it can pull data from our other accounting and payroll systems by uploading Excel files. After the initial setup, most processes just run on their own and we can still go in and make adjustments to any section whenever we need to.

Cons

We have never run into any major problems. Anytime something came up, it only took a call or two to get everything sorted out.

Pros

I was really impressed by the software's design. Also it is pretty easy to use and we could customize it to meet even the most unique needs of our company.

Cons

Moving our data from our old systems over to HR Tools was not the easiest process, though thats obviously not a fault of the software itself.

The product itself is simple to get the hang of and the Product Specialist who assisted us was pretty helpful and always available for questions.

Cons

Well the biggest issue we have had is that some of the custom features we asked for have been slow to actually get implemented.

I should mention I am not a complete expert with the tool yet but from what I have used so far, it's very simple and easy to navigate.

I have had some trouble getting a fully automated data dashboard set up though I know the HR Tools team is working on it but hopefully it will be ready soon!

Pros

For our quality department, this product has met all our needs for managing business processes tied to human resources and it also does a great job of handling our internal tracking requirements.
