“good tool with potential to grow”
Pros
I really love how much time this saves me every day. The customer service team is super quick to help whenever I need it, which is a nice change. Since it's web-based, setting everything up was easy with no complicated installations. Managing employee info has gotten a lot smoother, though there's still room for improvement.
Cons
Setting up user permissions can be tricky sometimes and the design could definitely be improved to make it easier to find employee info.

Pros
This system keeps all employee details in one place, contact info, job history, pay and benefits. It's all-inclusive and covers everything I need for HR management.
Cons
I haven't come across any major downsides so far.
