“Made ATS process quite simple”
Pros
We now have employee information right at our fingertips and its been a huge plus. The ATS process felt seamless and the Compensation module made it possible for us to set up multiple bonus plans all at once.
Cons
Faced some headaches with the integration between Hubbub HR and the JDE Payroll application butour consultant helped us create a custom interface that we could schedule.

Pros
Creating and understanding workflows is very simple and the integrations with well-known platforms like MS Active Directory and iCIMS work well that helps everything run seamlessly.
Cons
I want more product information included, since some details aren't visible in the demo versions.
