“Simplifies running important parts of my business

Pros

Before using this software, I struggled with feeling disorganized due to the rapid growth of my company in such a short time. With this tool, I can now centralize all my policies and training videos in one place, making it easy for my employees to access and refer to them. Tracking performance and helping my employees understand the impact of their actions was challenging before but now I can easily consolidate everything in one spot. It has been crucial in ensuring that we continue to grow while helping my employees understand how their contributions drive that growth.

Cons

There are a lot of different functions in the program that I still need to fully understand. This isn't really a con, more so that I just need to dedicate more time to learning how to use everything effectively.
