The biggest strengths are how versatile it is, how many modules you can add and how well it connects with other applications, whether they're custom-built or already in use.
Cons
Vacation setup could be better. If you roll it out in a country with vacation rules that differ from others, there's no way to customize that format so you end up having to submit multiple vacation requests just to take 10 consecutive days off.
