“excellent support and setup”
Pros
Compared with other platforms we've used, the customer support from this tool has been much better. The initial setup was very easy and there was always support available whenever we needed it.
Cons
The part I'm not too happy with is the payroll timing. You have to process payroll on Monday for employees to be paid on Friday and if Monday falls on a holiday, then it needs to be done on Friday instead. That means employees won't be paid for that Friday within the same pay cycle. I'd really like to see a bit more flexibility in the payroll processing deadline.

“payroll reminders and helpful support”
Pros
Right away it felt very easy to use. Setting up payroll and running it each pay period is simple and the workflow makes a lot of sense. The reminder emails are also a big help because they make sure payroll and client employee payments are handled on time. They're clear, practical and genuinely useful. On top of that, the customer service has been excellent. Whenever I've had questions or needed backend changes that couldn't be done through the website, the support team has been friendly, clear in their communication and very consistent about following up.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind at the moment. I don't have any complaints.

“Perfect for HR”
Pros
From admin to managers to the rest of the staff, it feels very user-friendly across the board. The vacation and sick time tracking works really well and saves us from doing a lot of manual calculations. It's also a big relief not having to worry about source deduction remittances being submitted on time. And on top of that, it's Canadian which is a nice bonus.
Cons
If I could change one thing even though it's not a must-have, I'd add the option to print a PDF version of an ROE.

Humi is incredibly user-friendly and allows us to manage all our employees' HR-related matters in one convenient place.
Cons
Perhaps there are too many features that are not user-friendly.
