excellent support, clunky booking experience

Pros

The customer support is excellent and the user interface is fairly smooth. Overall I would say HybridHero system works well for what it offers but there is room for improvement, especially regarding responsiveness when booking desks.

Cons

One thing I noticed is the system limits the ability to adjust desk bookings such as restricting workstations to specific days. Also the user interface could be improved to make it easier for my team to use. The slow loading times and occasional random page reloads are annoying. Additionally staff from other offices find it hard to figure out how to book a desk when visiting.

simple web booking, buggy mobile app

Pros

Booking a desk on the website is simple. I like that it mirrors the office layout and you can see who has reserved which desk.

Cons

The mobile app could be much more user friendly. Even though there is an option to modify bookings, we have to delete the current booking and make a new one which is inconvenient.

Fantastic features but occasionally glitchy

Pros

Being able to select a preferred desk and book weeks in advance is a fantastic feature providing consistency and predictability.

Cons

HybridHero app and website can sometimes be glitchy. So you may need to refresh or re-select options which can be a bit frustrating.

Great simple tool

Pros

It is a great, simple tool for desk booking. We only use it for that purpose but it meets our needs perfectly. The support team was also incredibly helpful during the system upgrade transition.

Cons

Some elements on the website don't scale properly and I noticed there are a few things that are not immediately obvious to some users without guidance.

easy desk booking but iOs lacks desk visibility

Pros

I love being able to save my preferences like choosing my default seat. The seat layout that matches the office layout makes finding available desks so much easier.

Cons

On the iOS app, it is impossible to see who's booked which desk. To view this we have to log in through the website.

Pros

One thing I really like is the customer service, the platform itself and how simple it is to use. The interface is also very efficient.

Cons

I find it annoying that I need to enter my login credentials multiple times whenever I access the system. It's a bit tedious.

Pros

It is easy to view the floor plan and reserve desks. We can also see where our teammates are located.

Cons

Well I wish there was an option to set a default desk or office, so I would not have to search for my booking location each time. Having a favorite desk would make booking much quicker.

impressive support and user-friendly app

Pros

The speed of customer support is pretty impressive. The app is also user friendly making it simple to fill out forms and I really like it. Overall it is great app.

Cons

I enjoy how user-friendly it is and it helps create a hot-desking environment where I can choose to sit next to new people.

Cons

The new version occasionally lags especially when the website is loading. This was not an issue with the first version.

Pros

One thing I love is how bookings are automatically cancelled if someone does not check in and the system automatically re-books the same desk for the next week.

Cons

When looking at the desk plan, I have to hover over individual desks to see who booked them rather than having the names automatically appear on the plan.

Pros

The app manages desk and space booking with real-time availability and the Outlook integration helps us keep everything synchronized.

Cons

There was a time when I reserved a desk but the system displayed the wrong number as booked, causing some confusion. Thankfully it has not happened again after I reported it to the support team.

Pros

The system is easy to use and the office map is clear. Adjusting bookings is also simple and I like the fact that the app loads quickly.

Cons

It does not work well on smaller screens or windows and the display does not scale properly. I just hope this will be addressed in a future update.

It allows me to organize office seating and book in advance especially for busy days. The layout of the office is accurate and well-presented too.
