Most of the work gets handled automatically for me and whenever I reach out, the team replies quickly and is really supportive.

From my side, the features that come with the system do the job well and meet the needs we have.

New requests to be included in the system arent being supported effectively for me. It's been frustrating trying to get them properly integrated and addressed
