“client lookup feels effortless

Pros

It was very easy to get around this system feels.. I can pull up my clients fast without any unnecessary hassle. Once Im inside the case I need, the rest of the process moves along seamlessly. I use this every day so having software that's this simple to set up and work with has been really important.. I just don't have the patience for overly complicated tools that slow everything down.

Cons

Security process is the part that really gets on my nerves.I understand why it's there buthaving to go through all those steps every time I need access becomes frustrating pretty fast.

“Fast, detailed background checks

Pros

A great benefit of this tool is getting accurate candidate information so quickly and so easily. It goes well beyond basic screening with in-depth analysis and I can usually wrap up employment verification, court checks and similar background screening tasks within a week that makes the whole process feel very efficient.

Cons

One part that could definitely be better is the candidate enrollment process, since it tends to move pretty slowly. The notification system is also not always dependable so people can miss updates. Aside from those issues.. the platform works really well for background checks overall.
