“Clean UI and quick employee setup”
Pros
We really like how clean and feasible the GUI and overall user experience are. After just a few minutes of poking around the program the first time it's simple to begin entering our data, adding employees and sending account details to them.
Cons
Overall the UI is great but layout of the main tab could use a rethink since several functions are tucked away in different tabs and it's not easy to recall where they live unless I scroll through the entire menu to locate them.

Pros
User interface is great and my overall user experience is perfect, you guys really nailed the service and the website looks beautiful.
Cons
Interface is great but sometimes I feel backend is a bit complicated to follow as it doesn't offer anything distinctive and I sometimes struggle to read or understand its inner workings.

From my experience the Employee Management module includes a wide range of tools that for a free HRMS meet most companies' requirements.
Cons
Open-source edition restricts access to Employee History and the Audit Trail and I would love to see those capabilities included

I'm impressed with its great functionality and I find it very easy to use, the feasible design and workflow make sense, tracking applicants and time feels effortless and getting new users onboarded is fast and simple.
Cons
Interface sometimes looks dated and I feel it needs a modern refresh with fewer scattered options and more condensed sections
