Missing customer support and faulty attendance functionality

Pros

I like that it's a one-time purchase and I can set up multi-level leave approvals the way I need. The setup felt clear to me and I had everything configured without much confusion.

Cons

Customer support seems largely absent and I find the Punch In/Punch Out module not working properly creates real inconvenience especially since I noticed overtime hours aren't visible to indirect managers which complicates tracking.

strong team management with some limitations

Pros

What I want most is one place where I can manage all my employees' activities across the team. Having everything together helps me stay on top of daily operations.

Cons

easy to learn interface

Pros

Using it felt comfortable right away and I quickly noticed it comes with plenty of useful features. The layout is so simple that I can always figure out where things are without digging around or guessing.

Cons

No major problems have arisen yet though I feel adding more organization-focused features could provide real value.

Flexible payroll and employee setup

Pros

The payroll integration stands out to me because I can adjust it for our needs. Adding a new employee and assigning them a manager role is something I can do quickly.

Cons

Generating a clean, compiled Excel export is problematic and I experience restricted access to some team members' leave requests which prevents proper approvals.

Highly configurable HR features

Pros

I get nearly every major HR transaction feature I need and I can adjust settings however our company requires. That flexibility works well for my workflow.

Cons

More development-focused modules like a full learning and development suite would significantly enhance the platform's usefulness and I'd love to see that added.

Pros

Switching between features works well for me and I enjoy using the system overall. Out of all the programs I've tried I would still pick this one if I ever changed my workflow.

Cons

Pros

Most of my clients handle the interface without trouble and I like that they keep control of their business while the system stays reliable. It gives me confidence recommending it.

Cons

Unconvenient payroll and reporting sections

Pros

Getting started didn't take long for me and I picked things up quickly. I also like that it's been dependable and I haven't noticed downtime during use.

Cons

Certain areas such as payroll, reports, leave submission/approval and admin hierarchy setup can feel tough and I struggle more in those sections than in the simpler parts of the system.

Limited support and unreliable clock status

Pros

Our office reduced paperwork and clutter after we started using it. Tracking attendance and running training became easier and I feel the time-tracking feature alone makes it worth suggesting.

Cons

Customer support is limited and I wish there were additional training resources especially for setup because I notice some functions like clocked-in status online don't work reliably.

Quick and simple setup

Pros

One big plus for me is how simple it feels to use and how quickly I got it running. I genuinely think the setup was done very well.

Cons

The support team could be improved with staff who fully understand the product and I believe having that would make troubleshooting much easier.

Core features like attendance, payroll and user management work great for me. Overall I feel the feature set has made my work much easier.

Cons

A built-in tax calculator, a visual refresh with customizable themes and external cloud backup options would significantly improve the platform and I would find those additions very useful.

Premium feel for open-source software

Pros

This software's design and user interface/user experience feel remarkably high-end for an open-source project and that impressed me a lot. I also appreciated the broad selection of configurable options available throughout the product which was a major plus.

Cons

For me the only drawback is the absence of a Windows-based edition since my organization uses a Microsoft stack but I found the Linux release feasible and easy to work with as well.

Pros

I really like that it comes with a wide set of options and is highly customizable. I can save employee details and pull them up quickly whenever I need them.

Cons

User interface isn't as responsive as I'd like. It also lacks features for attendance tracking and for running payroll segmented by department or location which limits its usefulness for multi-site teams.

Pros

We liked the price and how easy it was to tweak a few settings. We rolled this out to 20 employees originally and within a year it had expanded to 45 employees using it.

Cons

I had to spend a little time figuring out how the system works overall and I also found it can take some time to locate certain settings or options.
