“reliable reporting”
Pros
After nearly seven years of using it.. it still feels very user friendly specially for reporting and scheduling reports.
Cons
From an administrator's perspective, you can achieve most of what you need in it butchanging existing integrations with other HRIS platforms is not always simple. It usually takes help from them along with your own testing.

“Made recruiting process simpler”
Pros
Their Hire feature has been a reliable recruiting tool for handling our entire hiring process. It gives us clear visibility into the candidate pipeline, makes it easier for hiring teams to work together and helps keep communication with candidates organized and consistent. Overall, it has made our recruiting efforts more efficient and better structured specially when it comes to managing interviews.
Cons
A few parts of the workflow can feel more detailed than they really need to be butit still remains a useful tool for managing recruitment.

“very time saving”
Pros
To have the recruitment workflow automated has been a huge plus for me as it cuts down the time I spend on repetitive tasks and helps reduce mistakes. I also really appreciate having all candidate information centralized in one place, because it lets me track every process fully and much faster.
Cons
Some advanced features or extra modules need separate licenses that can raise the overall cost if you want to take advantage of everything the platform offers.

“candidate filtering works really well”
Pros
One thing iCIMS does really well is filtering potential candidates using screening filters. You can also tweak those filters at different stages of the process that makes it much easier to narrow things down and remove applicants who do not meet the criteria.
Cons
Sending emails to candidates who were not selected is probably the most frustrating part of using iCIMS. Even when the "rejection" option is selected, the categories do not filter properly so I end up spending extra time scrolling through the list to find what I need.

“A user-friendly recruiting tool”
Pros
For someone brand new to the system, i had no difficulty handling it. I've trained managers on it and they were able to learn it and start using it in a very short amount of time.
Cons
I honestly didn't run into any downsides with it.

“great hiring communication hub”
Pros
During my time at Walden Security, it worked really well for what we needed. It helped keep the hiring process organized and made communication better by giving us one consistent source for regular updates.
Cons
I didn't really have any complaints. I'd just hope that by now it has continued to improve and become even better suited for Human Resources needs.
