“powerful ERP and OCR integration
Pros
What I love is how easily it integrates with our ERP (SAP Business One). The way it mirrored our spend authority matrix within iDocuments was a huge time saver. The OCR scanning software automated most of our accounts payable process, so there was less need for human intervention. This really worked well with our Treasury process. The Invoice images attached within SAP Business One made reporting a lot easier and feedback from users, especially regarding expenses, was great. The mobile app made it simple for employees to submit receipts and expenses came coded and ready for repayment.
Cons
The only downside was that our version of the OCR scanning tool didn't fully automate everything like we hoped but after upgrading to the newer version, we saw a big improvement. One area that could be improved is client training on when end users get reminder notifications.
