Pros

At first, the platform can seem a bit complicated but it's actually quite simple when it comes to moving leads, managing saved data and organizing information. I especially value the text chat feature because it helps me send invitations for hiring processes and follow candidates efficiently through each stage.

Cons

The visual design could be improved. There's a lot of information packed onto the screen which can feel overwhelming for someone just starting with the tool. Even with the option to minimize the side tabs, it still feels a little confusing. It would be better if the information from the side menu could be consolidated into a single place.

Pros

The payroll setup gives me a clear, high-level view as an admin. I can see exactly what's happening without digging through endless screens. Plus the reporting covers over 170 countries which is a real bonus for managing a global team. It makes international payroll feel surprisingly simple.

We still have several manual tasks in place that could easily be fixed by adopting an SAP-based solution.

As a user I find iiPAY is a cloud-based payroll platform. It lets companies send salaries across the globe. I was able to set up a free account and there is always support and feedback available to users. In my experience it streamlines payroll and cuts down on relying solely on country-specific payroll processes.

Cons

When payments will show up mainly depends on the country and sometimes mine have arrived late.
