Pros
The payroll setup gives me a clear, high-level view as an admin. I can see exactly what's happening without digging through endless screens. Plus the reporting covers over 170 countries which is a real bonus for managing a global team. It makes international payroll feel surprisingly simple.
Cons
We still have several manual tasks in place that could easily be fixed by adopting an SAP-based solution.

It is pretty easy to use and I can make global payments without any hassle. The product's implementation was well-structured and simple too and the team offered the best support throughout.
Cons
I notice transfers take a bit of time to settle though the exact timing varies depending on the country or region.

Pros
As a user I find iiPAY is a cloud-based payroll platform. It lets companies send salaries across the globe. I was able to set up a free account and there is always support and feedback available to users. In my experience it streamlines payroll and cuts down on relying solely on country-specific payroll processes.
Cons
When payments will show up mainly depends on the country and sometimes mine have arrived late.
