Makes collaboration work

Pros

The team is highly collaborative and easy to work with. They have been a great partner throughout the entire process. I'd share feedback or suggestions and they'd have it integrated by our next meeting. Their dedication to our success and quick responses have made everything run smoothly and efficiently.

Cons

Their team does a great job collecting user feedback but it sometimes takes time for updates to be added to the development schedule. I hope they continue to grow their team to speed things up and deliver improvements faster.

Great team player and professional

Pros

Illoominus platform made it pretty easy for me to create a comprehensive analytics system for tracking our DEI efforts. Their tools are simple to use and really effective at measuring diversity, equity and inclusion metrics. Also I loved the networking events and information sessions they organize as these gave me chances to meet other DEI professionals, share ideas, and gain new insights that helped improve my own work.

Cons

The customization options are somewhat limited which can be frustrating when trying to adapt it for different DEI contexts. Plus I feel like more flexibility in this area would really help make the platform work better for various situations.

Meets our expectations

Pros

The analytics and forecasting features go deep to pinpoint the root causes of our biggest issues and offer clear recommendations for fixing them. Overall this has helped our team play a bigger role in shaping the company's overall business strategy.

Cons

It feel like the HR system integration requires special permission which limits access so we still have one manual process each month to keep things running smoothly. While this saves us a lot of time on manual reporting and remove data gaps, I am really looking forward to the automated data integrations becoming available to make everything even more efficient.

Proven the best for us

Pros

This tool has completely transformed how we manage HR data especially from a DEI perspective. As an HRBP having all that information easily accessible has saved me so much time and allowed me to dive into trends over time. It has been key in shaping our people and DEI strategy and guiding the companys overall direction. What really stands out is how it provides a full view of the entire employee journey from sourcing and hiring to engagement, promotions and retention. This holistic approach helps me see the bigger picture and makes me much more confident in making data driven decisions. I honestly thought tools like this were only available to large enterprises.

Cons

One major drawback is that it works best with direct HR system integrations and I wish we could easily bring in our engagement and promotions data. We are still working through permissions to connect all of that. Once it becomes a true single source of truth across our systems it will be amazing. Another issue though not specific to the tool is that sometimes the data is not clearly identifiable which makes it difficult as an HRBP to understand the full picture or follow up effectively when you don't know exactly which employees are impacted.
