The biggest win for us has been democratizing data access. Before this, we relied on one person to generate reports for leadership and HR teams, which wasn't scalable at all. Now stakeholders get real-time insights through a user-friendly interface. The 'Story' feature has been useful for creating customized data journeys. We can guide stakeholders through relevant insights without overwhelming them with unnecessary details, using custom tiles, trendlines and threshold markers. When they want to dig deeper, the drill-down functionality is great. Being able to click into trends and see specifics is helpful. If attrition starts heading the wrong direction, we can immediately identify which departments and demographics are most affected. The AI-powered insights translate complex analytics into language that non-technical users can understand. It quickly flags areas of concern so stakeholders can take action right away. Having everything integrated through the API has been game-changing. We've connected our ATS, HRIS and previous Tableau dashboards, allowing us to spot correlations across different systems. The implementation team deserves special mention as they're incredibly responsive, jump on calls to troubleshoot issues, help build custom dashboards and support integration of new platforms.
Cons
The platform works well for our mid-sized company of around 1000 people but smaller businesses might struggle to justify it since they probably dont have enough data or complex systems to really take advantage of what it offers.

“simplifies data analysis”
Pros
It's interface really works well for us because we can ask questions using everyday language instead of technical jargon. It connects with all our existing systems and normalizes the data, which means when we need reports or analysis, everything gets simplified down to exactly what we're looking for.
Cons
Looking forward to the self-service features that are supposed to roll out early next year, which would really complete the package for me.
