“accurate candidate evaluations”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is the candidate evaluation feature. It matches our own assessment well and gives accurate, relevant ratings when we go back and review interview recordings. The onboarding also went very well and Abhinav was a big help throughout the process.
Cons
At times, the only issue is that uploading candidate feedback can take longer than expected.

“Video interviews have never been easie”
Pros
Their video interviewing platform is really valuable specially for checking a candidate's technical skills through screen-sharing coding sessions. The scoring system is another feature I appreciate because it gives a clear numerical view of proficiency levels. Timely scheduling alerts are also a big help in keeping interviews on track. Also,the initial setup was quick, seamless and the platform was ready to use right away.
Cons
It would be nice to have a dedicated mobile app for interviewers and the dashboard could use some minor enhancement with added AI capabilities.

Pros
Running interviews with this tool has been really easy and sessions begin right on schedule. I can switch on video and audio, ask candidates questions aligned with the job description and the built-in coding editor lets them write code without needing any external tool. It's also very convenient to have the client's requirements displayed in a form alongside the interview so I can fill in candidate feedback as I go. Another big plus is that every session gets recorded and I can review the transcripts later to make sure I haven't missed anything important. The AI-powered platform feels professional and also helps with preparing interview feedback that makes it easier to verify a candidate's strengths and weaknesses. Getting started was very simple too I just log in and join the scheduled interview on time.
Cons
There's really nothing I dislike about it.
