“works great for me
Pros
Honestly I was expecting a hassle but this thing is super smooth and it saved me so much time. I never once felt like I needed a manual just to get through it. Very user-friendly and just easy to figure out as I went.
Cons
the biggest headache? There just aren't enough vendors here in Pakistan. I want to implement this thing properly but I'm stuck trying to hunt down new vendors myself. Someone needs to fix that.

“Secure but scattered tool
Pros
I feel pretty good about the security here. Like I don't worry about a breach happening. On top of that managing reviews is actually useful and it gives me a real sense of what customers want and helps me tweak things. I don't need five different tools anymore. I am handling multiple stores and channels all in one place and honestly it's way less chaotic. Inventory? Easy. Promotions? Also easy. And when I've had questions support actually picks up during business hours and sorts me out.
Cons
I've noticed a decent number of people just can't access it properly. And can't do email marketing here at all so I'm stuck doing it manually somewhere else. Also no CRM features? I had to go find another tool just to close deals.

“finally, one place for everything
Pros
Payroll, databases, statutory compliance...it's all there and I don't have to chase it down. I can just find what I need.
Cons
Nothing major to complain about so far I guess. But hey if they threw in some advanced stuff like time tracking for my sales team that'd be killer.

“support you didn't expect!
Pros
Look when you pay people well and actually care about their stuff the work shows it. In my experience it has been that support system you didn't know you needed. I honestly feel like I can actually help my team be better because of it.
Cons
its solid in some areas but HR Service Delivery feels like they are behind. If they actually stepped it up there I really think they'd see massive results.

“Employees feel heard with hcm
Pros
There's something about knowing you're actually being heard. I see it with my employees. Infor HCM makes them feel like their concerns aren't just floating into a void. That matters.
Cons
I still wish it would just respond faster when I ask something. Like I am waiting around here.

“Can track but can't tweak
Pros
I am not gonna lie I was scared reporting was gonna be a nightmare. But it was not. The fields actually make sense and the audit log is complete. I can track everything without guessing.
Cons
Customization? Forget it. If I've got a specific request, Infor just can't bend. That's been frustrating.

“simple when you know how
Pros
Pretty cool that I didn't have to dig around to find my time entries, absences or HR stuff. It was all right there, clean and simple. Felt good to just log in and know exactly where to click.
Cons
I'm not gonna lie at first I was lost. The interface took some getting used to. I clicked around a bit and eventually figured it out but that first impression was rough.

“Pricey and painfully slow
Pros
We manage hundreds of employees and somehow this makes it feel manageable. I can grab documents from anywhere even when I am not at my desk. That flexibility has saved me more than once.
Cons
Pricey. Like noticeably pricey. And on top of that the whole implementation was slow. Not a great combo.

Pros
we actually tested this to see if younger shoppers would be interested in what we're selling. I'm part of that push to get more Gen Z and younger folks in the door. It gave us a clearer idea of what actually appeals to them and what doesn't. That was worth it alone.
Cons
I only tried the trial and honestly still on the fence. It was fine. Just fine. Not sure if I'm actually gonna buy it yet.
