Good tool for our needs

Pros

Finding the right candidates is way easier with this tool. It helps me find people who actually have the qualifications and experience we need. The support team is great too and they're always quick to jump on calls and offer simple solutions that work.

Cons

The only thing I'd change is adding more customization options. Everything else works fine and I can't really complain about much.

The hiring system is awesome and it really stands out and makes everything run smoothly.

Pros

Honestly, there's not much to shout about here. The app feels outdated and doesn't have the trendy design.

Cons

The interface feels awkward and isn't very user-friendly. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Efficient dashboard with flexible features

Pros

The dashboard is easy to use and organized well. Everything I need is right there, compensation details, time-off requests, company training courses and even Covid vaccination status. It's really handy.

Cons

Accessing policy details could be easier. Things like PTO rollover rules or approved expense guidelines require more digging than they should. A chatbot for quick answers would make a huge difference instead of having to search around.

Works well but integration is lacking

Pros

Love how our talent management and onboarding systems work so well together.

Cons

Payroll integration is still missing because it's stuck in their S3 system. They say it's launching sometime in 2022 but right now it's just really inconvenient to work with.

Not much good to say here

Cons

The ATS feels like it was added last minute just to check a box. It's really lacking in functionality and makes for a poor candidate experience. We don't get much day-to-day support either so we end up troubleshooting ourselves while candidates struggle with little help. From an HR perspective, it doesn't show historical data clearly, you end up playing detective to figure out what you're looking at. Honestly we came from Ultipro and really wish we hadn't switched.

Broad features but quite restrictive

Pros

It connects easily with other products and having online support makes it much easier to troubleshoot when issues pop up.

Cons

Workflow functionality is very limited. We can't customize it to fit how we actually work.

Clean design with great usability

Pros

It's pretty interactive and easy to use. Everything makes sense without needing a manual. I've been using it with minimal support which saves me a lot of time.

Cons

Sometimes it runs a bit slow but I guess that's common with most platforms these days.
