Okay so... I really appreciate being able to automate so many tasks like emails, reports and assignments.
Cons
Being able to bulk update certain data in an easier format would save me a lot of time.

For me the software comes with plenty of pre-built reports that are ready to use right away.

I think some key features feel buried within the system which makes discovering them a bit tricky.
