“Fast, smooth and wonderfully simple to use
Pros
Everything just feels faster and smoother with this tool. I love how much time it saves me and the best part is that it keeps everything simple and smooth no unnecessary complications.
Cons
Finding vendors for this software in Pakistan is quite limited. I think identifying new vendors would make implementing the program much smoother.

Pros
Knowing my data is protected gives me peace of mind. Managing customer reviews helps me understand what needs attention in the business. Handling multiple channels and stores in one place reduces stress and keeps processes smooth. I can also manage inventory easily, track stock and plan promotions without extra software. Support is available during business hours whenever I have questions.
Cons
Sometimes accessing the software can be difficult for a fair number of users. Email marketing isn't supported which makes tasks longer and more frustrating. Since CRM features are missing, I often have to look for other tools to complete deals which adds extra hassle.

For me, this tool handles payroll, database management and keeps us in line with compliance rules.
Cons
So far, there isn't much to criticize. I do think adding advanced features like sales team time tracking would improve things.

After three years in HR, I know what software should cover and what's extra. This tool does all the basics well, from payroll to onboarding to benefits and everything is easy to reach. The interface makes work simpler without extra clutter
Cons
It does everything it should but some features found in other HCM platforms, like PTO management and recruiting, would be nice additions. I've used several employee management systems and I'd rank this one right in the middle for both features and ease of use.

I used this to manage my work schedule at Best Buy and everything was organized into categories that made sense. It was never hard to find what I needed. I just left Best Buy but when I worked at Krispy Kreme, the scheduling system was way more complicated, so having something like this made everything much more efficient. I find this tool perfect and simple to use.
Cons
There were frequent updates which isn't necessarily bad and I haven't had major complaints about that.
