Fast, smooth and wonderfully simple to use

Pros

Everything just feels faster and smoother with this tool. I love how much time it saves me and the best part is that it keeps everything simple and smooth no unnecessary complications.

Cons

Finding vendors for this software in Pakistan is quite limited. I think identifying new vendors would make implementing the program much smoother.

Smooth management but some missing features

Pros

Knowing my data is protected gives me peace of mind. Managing customer reviews helps me understand what needs attention in the business. Handling multiple channels and stores in one place reduces stress and keeps processes smooth. I can also manage inventory easily, track stock and plan promotions without extra software. Support is available during business hours whenever I have questions.

Cons

Sometimes accessing the software can be difficult for a fair number of users. Email marketing isn't supported which makes tasks longer and more frustrating. Since CRM features are missing, I often have to look for other tools to complete deals which adds extra hassle.

handles payroll effectively :)

Pros

For me, this tool handles payroll, database management and keeps us in line with compliance rules.

Cons

So far, there isn't much to criticize. I do think adding advanced features like sales team time tracking would improve things.

Boosts employee value!

Pros

Employees do their best when they feel valued and this tool helps me make sure that happens. I can keep things running smoothly so the team stays competent and motivated.

Cons

When it comes to HR Service Delivery, this tool feels a bit behind. I believe that once certain features are fully introduced, the results could be much stronger.

employees feel heard and valued

Pros

Seeing employees feel heard is the best part for me while using this tool. It really shows that their concerns matter.

Cons

Organized HR info for daily workflow

Pros

Everything I need about my work is easy to find. Time entries, absences and HR info are neat and well organized which makes my day simpler.

Cons

Navigating the interface was confusing for me at first but after spending some time exploring, everything started to make sense.

easier management of large teams

Pros

Managing large teams becomes much easier with this tool. I can access documents from anywhere which helps a lot when handling hundreds of employees.

Cons

For me the cost is higher compared to similar tools and the implementation process felt slow.

helpful for testing shopper interest

Pros

Testing this tool helped me figure out if younger shoppers would be interested in visiting our store. We are finding ways to attract them and see what would make them come more often.

Cons

I only tried a trial version and haven't fully decided whether to purchase it yet. It was okay for what I tested.

Basic features, some additions needed

Pros

After three years in HR, I know what software should cover and what's extra. This tool does all the basics well, from payroll to onboarding to benefits and everything is easy to reach. The interface makes work simpler without extra clutter

Cons

It does everything it should but some features found in other HCM platforms, like PTO management and recruiting, would be nice additions. I've used several employee management systems and I'd rank this one right in the middle for both features and ease of use.

Centralized platform keeps tasks organized

Pros

Keeping everything in one place is what I love most about this platform. It makes managing tasks much easier and keeps everything organized.

Cons

Creating large backups and needing fast internet to sync can be frustrating. Without it, I think the system lags behind.

Easy for employees!

Pros

Being cloud-based has made it really simple for my employees to use. The system runs smoothly and reaching out to the company for help is always easy since they're willing to assist.

Cons

Choosing the right package at the start can be tricky but the team is helpful in guiding me through it.

Organized scheduling for efficient work

Pros

I used this to manage my work schedule at Best Buy and everything was organized into categories that made sense. It was never hard to find what I needed. I just left Best Buy but when I worked at Krispy Kreme, the scheduling system was way more complicated, so having something like this made everything much more efficient. I find this tool perfect and simple to use.

Cons

There were frequent updates which isn't necessarily bad and I haven't had major complaints about that.

Remote document access is a plus

easy clocking but missed punches are tricky

Pros

Using it on desktop is simple and I like being able to check hours, overtime and clock in and out without any hassle.

Cons

Certain tasks can be confusing. For example, if I forget to clock in or out, entering it later can be tricky at times.

Strong product but weaker implementation

Pros

This tool captures all the HR data I need really well.

Cons

This tool is great at selling their products but when it comes to implementation, I've noticed it isn't as strong. The sales team builds up the product and the excitement but once implementation starts, the training and project management side feels less great.

Responsive support team

Pros

The support team is knowledgeable and friendly. Whenever I reach out, they respond quickly and are always helpful.

Handles complicated union requirements

Pros

Honestly I think it handles complicated requirements easily, especially when dealing with unions which is really useful.

Pros

I really like that it covers all the basics, from checking schedules to reviewing clock transactions, managing shift bids or trades and even messaging employees.

Cons

Finding the right page for specific tasks can take longer than expected and it isn't always as easy as I'd hope.
