“User-friendly portal with smooth onboarding
Pros
The portal is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. Reporting is colorful, clear and offers several options to get the information I need. Integration with our ATS worked smoothly and onboarding was fairly simple. I also value how the account managers take time to understand our business, customize the tool for our needs, provide training and monitor results. If the tool isn't delivering what we want, they review the data and make the necessary adjustments to fix any gaps.
Cons
Sometimes the report information feels repetitive or brief. I think hiring managers may focus too much on scores which can lead to bias if the information is shared too early. They also tend to compare it to standard testing in education which isn't quite the same. Validating the performance of assessments can take longer than some leaders expect.

“Useful recruitment reports
Pros
Product is really simple to use and I like that profiles can be adjusted as business needs or positions change. Reports for recruiters, HR and hiring leaders, like assessment, onboarding and development reports, are very helpful. I also appreciate the off the shelf assessments when creating a custom profile isn't an option.
Cons
I like that it provides a lot of information for recruiters, HR and hiring managers but using all of it effectively can be difficult when our team is limited.

This tool is easy to work with and the data it provides really helps guide interviews. I like that it connects to onboarding and internal candidate development. The client support team is responsive and easy to collaborate with and ongoing training and support make it even better.
Cons
It can take a few extra clicks to reach relevant information, though I do appreciate the ability to customize views. Integration was a bit clunky but that was likely due to our ATS rather than the tool itself.

“Best for strong operational results
Pros
What I enjoy most as an administrator is seeing the results in our daily operations. Hiring managers use scores to identify top candidates and when we recalibrate profiles, they get engaged knowing future applicants will be compared against our best employees. Navigating the software is simple and running reports is easy. Overall, it's definitely made our company stronger.
Cons
At first, I worried about how long candidates would take to finish assessments and the drop-off rate. Over time, this tool reduced the assessment length and now more candidates complete it which is encouraging.

I appreciate that candidates only need to take the assessment once and the tool scores it against multiple profiles. I also like that it provides opportunities for development and career growth, plus probing questions that help evaluate candidates for the roles they apply to.
Cons
The assessment length still bothers me, especially for short-term retail candidates. Seventy-five questions can feel long and I'd love to see more engaging formats like games that still measure the behavioral and cognitive skills we need.
