Pros

The setup is simple and it syncs perfectly with our existing employee database. The interface makes handling daily transactions so easy. I really appreciate having all employee forms, manuals and policies in one place.

Cons

I really wish there were more options to connect with the other software we use. The calendar feature feels outdated and could definitely use some improvement. Setting up alerts takes more effort than it should and it would be great if notifications were automatic.

Pros

It has become our go to solution for managing private documents and employee files. What I really love is that new hires can input their own info directly, saving us a ton of time. The company announcement feature is another big win and it makes sure everyone stays updated. Whenever staff log in, they instantly see any new announcements, keeping communication smooth across the team.

Cons

The free demo period is way too short to fully evaluate everything. Customer service takes a few days to get back to you which is very frustrating when you need help fast plus the mobile website doesn't run as smoothly as the desktop version and it definitely needs some optimization.
